The field consultative meeting discussed issues of increasing production capacity and fully supplying cement necessary for important construction including Pyongyang General Hospital.

The premier also visited the dam of Chongchongang-Phyongnam irrigation waterway and the project site of laying siphon in Namchongang, etc. where he stressed the need to conduct active technological innovation movement to increase the rate of the use of construction equipment and tools and ensure the quality of construction at the highest level. He also called for paying deep attention to the supply service for the shock brigade members.
