Eradication of Pro-Japanese Elements Urged

Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean internet paper Jaju Sibo, the "Pusan Citizens' Action for Denouncing Abe", the Pusan Headquarters of the Movement for Uprooting Deep-seated Evils and Realizing Great Social Reforms and other organizations of south Korea called for getting rid of pro-Japanese elements at a press conference in Pusan on March 25.

Civic and public bodies and citizens of Pusan have carried out the activities to probe into and lay bare the pro-Japanese practices of candidates for the "national assemblymen" since February.

An appeal was read out at the press conference.

The appeal disclosed the treacherous acts of pro-Japanese elements, stressing that it is high time to stamp out those who sell the nation for the sake of their political interests and comfort.

It called for having the "National Assembly" free of pro-Japanese elements through its 21st election without fail.
