Unreasonable Retrogressive Revision of Labor Law Slammed

Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- Labor, civic and public organizations in south Korea including the Confederation of Trade Unions, the People's Joint Action, the Bar Association for Democratic Society and the Citizens Solidarity for Democratic Society held a press conference in Seoul on Mar. 30 in denunciation of unreasonable retrogressive revision of the labor law, according to the south Korean paper Nodong and Segye.

Speakers said that part-time workers and specially-employed workers failed to get even the minimum wage for their livelihood owing to the suspension of businesses by plutocrats.

They called for dissolving the general association of employers which is keen on the revision of the labor law.
