The building of networks of facilities and surface setups in the reclaimed tideland including the rezoning of fields of at least 2,000 hectares, the building of hundreds of structures and the banking of over 10 millions of cubic meters has been successfully conducted up to date of the year.

Officials and builders of the North Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise completed the building of the surface setups in the area of over 1,600 hectares of the Honggondo tideland under second-phase reclamation.

The banking of over 3.5 millions of cubic meters and rockwork of over 200,000 square meters were fulfilled by the end of March.

The South Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise opened up splendid vistas to building the surface setups in the Ansok tideland in the shortest period.

The workers of the South Hwanghae Provincial Tideland Reclamation General Enterprise in charge of the Ryongmaedo tideland reclamation secured over 90,000 cubic meters of earth and rubble stones for anti-tidal dike reinforcement and push ahead with the rockwork and building of networks of facilities in reclaimed tideland.
