| Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) -- A 2020-2023 plan of cultural exchange between the governments of the DPRK and the Kingdom of Cambodia was signed in Phnom Penh on April 1. It was signed by the DPRK ambassador to Cambodia and the under-secretary of state of the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia. |
