Nano-antibiotic Mask Developed

| Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- Amid a nationwide emergency anti-epidemic campaign to prevent COVID-19, the Medical Instrument Institute under the DPRK Ministry of Public Health recently developed a nano-antibiotic mask with domestic materials. Among the materials is Kumgang medical stone containing tens of kinds of essential microelements good to human health. In this regard, Ri Jae Dok, vice-director of the institute, told KCNA: The newly-developed mask fully confirms with the technological specifications of masks recognized by the World Health Organization. It, treated with nano antibiotic solution, helps sterilize and remove various kinds of germs and virus and filter fine dust. It is now being produced at the Pyongyang Medical Appliances Factory. |
