Present there were Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, and Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., WPK, vice-chairman of the SAC of the DPRK and vice-chairman of the C.C., WPK.

Attending it were Premier Kim Jae Ryong, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the WPK and member of the SAC of the DPRK, senior Party and government officials and deputies to the SPA.

They paid tribute to the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il after laying the floral basket and bouquets before them.
