The editorial says:

The recent meeting comes to be an important occasion to clearly show the revolutionary nature of the WPK which holds full responsibility for the destiny of the people and which regards it as the paramount principle of its activities to improve the people's living.

Making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people is the mode of existence and revolutionary climate of the WPK.

For our Party, nothing is more precious than the safety of the people. The Party's intention is that if any success in socialist construction cast a shadow over the safety of the people and their happy life, though it is miraculous one of the century, it, in essence, would mean no victory.

This is why the meeting discussed the issue of taking stricter nationwide step as the first agenda item for protecting the safety of the people against the worldwide pandemic and the revolutionary measures were taken to adjust and modify certain policy tasks that have been carried out with much effort.

The implementation of the joint resolution adopted at the meeting is not a mere technical work, but a struggle for defending and serving the people to bring the Party's noble loving care for the people into bloom.

The editorial calls on everyone to think and do all works from the standpoint of making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people, whatever they do in the ongoing grand onward movement of creation.
