Researchers of the industrial technology institute under the North Hwanghae Provincial Commission of Science and Technology made a research into the technology for reducing the braking moment of generator and, on this basis, invented a new method for raising the generating efficiency with the existing generating equipment 1.3 times.

The technology has been introduced into many units, proving effective.
