The Education Commission set the general goal of teacher training universities on a new high level in a scientific way and worked out teaching guidelines whose educational curricula and teaching outlines have been renovated on our own way to bring about a radical improvement in education in the new century.

Kim Chol Ju University of Education has worked out over 10,000 new teaching programs for hundreds of subjects and invented and made new multimedia programs, experimental apparatuses and teaching materials for the purpose of increasing the level of putting the education on a scientific basis. It also manufactured more than 120 e-textbooks conducive to developing the creative research ability of students and their application ability.

Teachers at Cha Kwang Su Sinuiju University of Education No. 1 mapped out the teaching programs for several subjects in a rational way and developed simulation experiment and practice programs based on modern educational technology.

Educators at other teacher training universities are also making good preparations for training students as reserve educators with practical ability.
