It is a comprehensive fowl-breeding base with computer-aided production and management systems.

The province set its construction as an important issue for the development of the poultry industry and improvement of the livelihood of people in the province, and carried out a campaign for its qualitative completion in the shortest span of time.

In cooperation with scientists from the State Academy of Sciences, the breeding equipment was manufactured at home and the control of temperature, humidity and gas in incubation chamber and breeding blocks put on computer-aided basis.

The farm is also equipped with the solar-powered system.

The province has secured hundreds of highly productive seed fowls with strong viability, thus laying a foundation for its immediate operation after completion.

With the completion of the fowl-breeding farm, the province came to fully supply seed chicks and eggs to poultry units in the province, while preserving and extensively reproducing highly productive purebred fowls.
