The technical senior middle schools have already been operated to train talents for the fields of metal, coal, chemistry, electricity, fishery, agriculture, fruit growing and stockbreeding.

The new technical senior middle schools to be run with the start of new school year were set up in line with the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea for training more talents for the IT field.
