They included personages and members of the General People's Union Party of Russia, the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Moscow Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia, "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region, the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Maritime territorial social organization "The Association for Friendship with Korea".

The director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that a meeting and talks between Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, and Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, took place in Vladivostok on April 25, 2019.

He stressed that Kim Jong Un is the great leader who is invariably carrying forward the history of friendship between Russia and the DPRK pioneered by President Kim Il Sung and developed by Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The vice-chairman of Maritime Territorial social organization "The Association for Friendship with Korea" and the chairman of Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that the first visit to Russia paid by Kim Jong Un is a historic event which demonstrated the firmness of the long-standing friendship between the DPRK and Russia and greatly contributed to ensuring peace and security in the Korean peninsula and the region.

The chairman of the "Jongilbong" Russia-Korea Friendship Association of Ulyanovsk Region said that Russia-DPRK summit meeting would be the foundation for guaranteeing the wellbeing, bright future and eternal friendship of the peoples of the two countries.

The chairman of the General People's Union Party of Russia expressed the belief that the agreements made at the DPRK-Russia summit meeting will be successfully realized.
