Those political parties are the General Council of the United Russia Party, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, and the Central Council of "A Just Russia".

The messages said that the heroic feats of the Red Army and the Russian people, who destroyed fascism despite the trials of grim war and thus defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country and made a contribution to protecting the global peace and security, would be long remembered, stressing that the moves of dishonest forces seeking to distort and deny the feats will be doomed to fail.

Expressing the belief that the relations between the WPK and the major and progressive political parties of the Russian Federation would grow stronger in conformity with the atmosphere of development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations put on a new stage after the historic DPRK-Russia summit meeting held in April 2019, the messages wished the political parties successes in their responsible activities for successfully dealing with the spread of the pandemic at an early date, defending the safety of the people and the economy of the country and building powerful Russia.
