U.S. Arrogant Attitude Blamed by S. Korean Newspaper

| Pyongyang, May 10 (KCNA) -- The south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People in an editorial on May 8 branded the U.S. attitude to the negotiation for share of defense cost as a height of arrogance. The editorial said that the U.S. is demanding an unconditional increase while refusing south Korea's proposal for an increase of 13 percent in the latter's share. It claimed that the U.S. took even the south Korean workers at the U.S. military bases as hostages for the negotiation. It stressed that the U.S. arrogant attitude sparks off the public anger. |
