The message referred to the fact that President Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, forged special relations with the royal family of the Kingdom of Thailand long time ago and provided the valuable history of genuine friendship and fellowship.

It wished the prime minister success in his work for the development and prosperity of the Kingdom of Thailand and well-being of its people, expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in all fields.
