The message said that Sisavath Keobounphanh was a prominent state political activist who actively devoted to the victory of the cause of socialism in Laos and made contribution to the expansion and development of the bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation with long history and tradition in various fields, expressing deep condolences to the Lao people and the bereaved family of the deceased.
