Inspecting Tanchon Port, the Tanchon Smeltery, Hungnam Fertilizer Complex, the Kowon Coal Mine, etc., he discussed the issues of increasing the production and pushing forward with various construction projects such as railway construction and capacity-expansion and took necessary measures.
