Walking round the waterway in South Hwanghae Province, Pak Pong Ju stressed the need to properly manage the waterway to fully supply water to farming and encouraged officials and agricultural workers of the Sindap Co-op Farm in Pongchon County where wheat is under good cultivation.

At the Haeju Tractor Accessory Parts Factory, he calls for constantly raising the quality of products and producing and supplying enough accessories by giving full play to its existing production capacity.

The field consultative meetings discussed the measures for issues arising in increasing grain production, including cultivation of new land and supply of irrigation water and farm machines.
