Seen on the upper part of the sheet are letters reading "70th anniversary of the International Children's Day" in Korean and English. Contained on it are a star-shaped stamp depicting Korean and foreign children playing a game, the words and musical note of the song "We Are the Happiest in the World" and Kyongsang Kindergarten famous in the country for having produced world-level music prodigies.

The DPRK has celebrated the International Children's Day annually.
