The newspaper said that "Chosun Ilbo," styling itself as legitimate conservative media, should be taken as a pro-Japanese paper from its attitude to the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule over Korea, to the December 2015 agreement on the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and to the Justice Preserving Solidarity for Settling the Issue of Sexual Slavery of the Imperial Japanese Army.

It continued that "Chosun Ilbo" must unconditionally be described as "pro-Japanese inclination media".
