Over 2500 Hectares of Land Rezoned in North Hwanghae Province

Pyongyang, June 6 (KCNA) -- The land rezoning shock brigade readjusted over 2500 hectares of land in Sariwon City and Unpha, Pongsan and Hwangju counties in North Hwanghae Province, concluding the spring land rezoning campaign and making the transplantation of rice saplings possible.

Members of the shock brigade took measures to keep rolling stocks in full operation and carried out the rezoning processes according to technical requirements while substantially expanding the area under cultivation by finding more land.

Therefore, over 20 hectares of new land was reclaimed while rezoning vast area.
