Rodong Sinmun on Saturday in a commentary says that anyone who provokes our sacred dignity and social system even a bit will never be able to escape merciless punishment whoever they are and wherever they hide.

The commentary says that people from all walks of life in the Republic, venting their anger at the reckless acts of the human rubbish, demand pouring a shower of rubbish on south Korea.

What is all the more enraging is the attitude of the south Korean authorities struggling to avoid the responsibility for the incident, says the commentary, and goes on:

Too disgusting is the weak and improper behavior of the south Korean authorities who abandoned their commitments and have connived at the act of scattering anti-DPRK leaflets.

This amounts to self-admittance by the south Korean authorities that they harbor the feelings of deep hostility towards the fellow countrymen just as the confrontation maniacs already thrown into the quagmire of history and only difference is that those feelings are concealed tactfully.

This present situation clearly shows who is the arch criminal chilling the good atmosphere of improving the north-south relations that excited all the fellow countrymen, and pushing the situation to the phase of tension.

It is proper for the south Korean authorities to get themselves ready to prevent recurrence of such inglorious happenings and clear their house of the rubbish before making senseless "response" to us, if they truly value the north-south agreements and have an intent to thoroughly fulfill them.
