A spokesperson for the Harbin Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China in a statement on June 8 said that the human wastes, branded as "defectors from the north", enrage all other Korean people.

The south Korean authorities took no measure against the leaflet-scattering but talked about "freedom of individuals" and "freedom of expression," so as to drop a bar on the settlement of the issue of the inter-Korean ties, the statement said, adding:

The south Korean authorities must be held totally responsible for the act.

The south Korean authorities, though belatedly, had better eliminate all the scum at once as a proper measure for the improvement of the inter-Korean ties after coming to their senses.

A spokesperson for the Jilin Regional Association of the General Association of Koreans in China on June 7 made public a statement, "We Bitterly Condemn Sinister, Treacherous and Anti-DPRK Act of South Korean Authorities!"

The statement said that the south Korean authorities are preoccupied with their political ambition, conniving at the act of scattering anti-DPRK leaflets which tarnished the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK.

The statement said that with a firm determination to mercilessly punish those who slander the dignity of the supreme leadership of the nation, the Koreans in China bitterly denounce the south Korean authorities for their sinister, treacherous and anti-reunification act of sheltering the human scum, the mongrel dogs and preventing the national reconciliation and unity.
