Kang Chu Ryon, vice-chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon and concurrently chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Democratic Korean Women in Japan, said that it is the most intolerable mockery of the DPRK and the height of an insult to the Koreans in Japan that the human scum slandered the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK which is more precious than their lives.

O Min Hak, managing director of the Standing Council of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, said that it is an extremely just measure that the DPRK completely cut off and shut down all the communication and liaison lines with a firm determination to completely sever all the connection channels and remove all the unnecessary things.

Jo Myong Jin, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, said that all the officials and young people and students of the organization would keep step with the young people in the homeland.

Pae Chang Ryol, chairman of the Central Standing Management Board of the Korean Youth Commercial Association in Japan, said that the south Korean authorities can never bury the leaflet-scattering in oblivion, adding that they would make them pay for their act.

Ri Ryong Ho, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Educational Association in Japan, demanded that the south Korean authorities eliminate the human scum, mongrel dogs, at once.

Kim Jong Chi, director general of the Standing Council of the Korean Sportsmen's Federation in Japan, branded the south Korean authorities' connivance at the act of "defectors from the north" as anti-reunification and treacherous one going against the desire of the whole nation for the reunification.

Ri Tong Je, chairman of the Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification, said that the south Korean authorities must act as desired by all the fellow countrymen, being well aware of the seriousness of the situation.
