The Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK said in a statement on June 10 that it closely follows the situation on the Korean Peninsula which is being escalated again owing to the recent anti-DPRK leaflet-scattering by the "defectors from the north" in the area along the Military Demarcation Line.

The statement stressed that they expressed full support for the measure taken by the DPRK, recollecting once again the content of the Panmunjom Declaration.

On the same day, the Moscow Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said in a statement that the climate of reconciliation and cooperation between the north and the south which was created thanks to the steady and sincere efforts of the DPRK has not lasted long but been put in danger owing to the south Korean authorities to exacerbate the situation on the Korean peninsula.

The statement noted that they strongly denounced such a mean act and called for an immediate stop to it.

The Guinea-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Association issued a statement on June 9.

It is the faith and mettle of the Korean people not to pardon those who hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK but to resolutely punish them, the statement said, and went on:

The south Korean authorities should never be indifferent to the meaningful warnings by the DPRK.

We send invariable support and solidarity to the Korean people's just cause.

Meanwhile, the Group for International Solidarity with the DPRK said in a statement on June 10 that very reasonable is the measure taken by the DPRK to cut off all the north-south communication lines, to cope with the vicious leaflet-scattering operation by the "defectors from the north" in the frontline areas under the patronage of the south Korean authorities.
