Noting all the members of the federation hardly repress their anger at hooliganism committed by the riff-raff "defectors from the north" who scattered leaflets to hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, the statement said that their hearts are burning with their strong will to annihilate the riff-raff at once.

The south Korean authorities should have expected to face the harshest blow when they overlooked the heinous crimes committed openly under the eyes of the DPRK, ascribing it to "individual freedom" and "freedom of expression," the statement pointed out, and went on:

However, the south Korean authorities still fail to make a sincere apology and get rid of their obscure stand and posture though they allowed the human scum to perpetrate the thrice-cursed crime of daring hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK that represents the life and soul of the Korean people.

The statement stressed that the riff-raff who hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and the south Korean authorities who instigated them can never evade resolute punishment by the nation for the gravity of the crime.
