Attending the meeting were officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and Korean nationals in Shenyang City.

There were speeches at the meeting.

Speakers said that Koreans in China can hardly repress their surging indignation against the riff-raff who committed an unpardonable crime of scattering anti-DPRK leaflets to dare defame the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK in a frontline area at a time when all the fellow countrymen greet the 20th anniversary of the publication of the historic June 15 joint declaration.

They said that the south Korean authorities should be held wholly accountable for conniving at and patronizing the thrice-cursed act of the human scum "defectors from the north."

Noting the south Korean authorities are the very enemies as they allowed the human scum to openly fly anti-DPRK leaflets to the territory of the DPRK, they said such behavior should never be pardoned.

They pointed out that the south Korean authorities are wholly to blame for driving the inter-Korean relations into the worst catastrophe as they fail to implement the north-south agreement but connive at the filthy human scum's hostile acts against the DPRK.
