S. Korean Authorities' Moves of Bringing Inter-Korean Relations to Catastrophic Phase Condemned

Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) -- The People's Sovereignty Solidarity, the Progressive Federation of Students of south Korea, etc. held a press conference outside Chongwadae on June 15 in denunciation of the authorities which brought the inter-Korean relations to a catastrophic phase, according to the south Korean Internet paper Jaju Sibo.

The speakers condemned the present "government" for its double-dealing attitude of calling for improved the relations with the north while totally violating the April 27 Panmunjom declaration and articles of north-south military agreement.

A press release was issued.

It noted that the present "government" must be well aware of why things unimaginable happened.

The south Korean authorities have steadily been engaged in the leaflet- scattering, the introduction of weapons and war exercises in violation of agreement they made with the north to stop hostile acts, it said, and went on:

The present "government" which brought misfortune on itself should clearly reflect on its wrongdoings.
