The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Korean Friendship Association UK and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of the Korean Peninsula said as follows in a joint statement issued on June 14:

It is entirely attributable to the south Korean authorities' dishonest and double-faced attitude that there is no substantial progress in the inter-Korean relations.

We fully support the DPRK's just retaliatory measure.

On the same day, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said in a joint statement that the "defectors from the north" and the south Korean authorities can never be pardoned for daring hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and for conniving at their rash act.

The Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association said in a statement on June 12 that the human scum who make false propaganda and sophism against the DPRK are bound to be sternly punished and the honorary chairman of the Bulgarian Communists Union in an article posted on a newspaper denounced the south Korean authorities for worsening the inter-Korean relations by conniving at the anti-DPRK leaflet-scattering by the "defectors from the north".

The chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India issued a statement on June 14 to protest against the reckless scattering of anti-DPRK leaflets by the "defectors from the north" and extend solidarity with the DPRK.

The general secretary of the Communist Party of the Democratic Congo in a statement on June 12 expressed full support for all the measures taken by the party and the government of the DPRK, saying the south Korean authorities' connivance at the scattering of anti-DPRK leaflets by the "defectors from the north" clearly proved that they have no will to improve the relations between the north and the south.
