S. Korean Authorities Should Stop Fickle Wordplay: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, June 20 (KCNA) -- Recently, the south Korean authorities term the leaflet scattering by human scum a "deed of some few" and an "uncomfortable and difficult issue" while talking about a "strong counteraction" and "adoption of preventive measures". On the other hand, they made shameful nonsense like "lack of communication" and "sustainable peace" and asking us to "come out for dialogue".

Rodong Sinmun Saturday in an article ridiculed the south Korean authorities' struggling as like coming a day after the fair as they are letting out a string of lame excuses out of uneasiness for their crimes.

The article said that with no fickle wordplay can they cover up their crimes nor reverse the current situation of north-south relations.

The grave situation of the north-south relations is all owing to the anti-DPRK leaflet scattering by human scum and the south Korean authorities who connived at them.

Problems like anti-DPRK leaflet scattering which cause public criticism even in south Korea are by no means problems difficult to solve.

But the south Korean authorities had not even an idea or will to stop the leaflet scattering, from the beginning.

In the end, the north-south relations have run straight down to ruin due to their wrong handling of the matter.

Is it possible to bring the north-south relations back to what they were two years ago with just a few honeyed words when trust in the other side has been broken into pieces and hatred has reached the extremes?

To make it clear once again, encroaching upon the dignity of our supreme leadership amounts to trifling with our people's mental core. There can never be any concession nor compromise in this matter.

Foolish calculations to tide over this situation will not work.
