Workers' Right to Existence Demanded in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, June 21 (KCNA) -- Part-time workers' organizations and civic and public organizations held a press conference in Seoul on June 20 in demand of the part-time workers' right to existence, according to the south Korean Yonhap News. At the press conference, speakers said that employers arbitrarily dismiss workers for their sake. They urged the authorities to take measures for the eight urgent demands like the one for banning dismissal of part-time workers. |
