The all-people campaign for increased production and economization is an important demand consistently put forward by our Party in the economic construction.

Only when the working people, who are in direct charge of production and construction, voluntarily take part in the campaign for increased production and economization, is it possible to produce more with less raw and other materials and to make contribution to the country's economy.

On steady increase is the demand for raw materials, fuel, facilities and materials necessary for the production and construction, now that we vigorously push ahead with great advance of economic construction, true to the great intention of the Party.

Only when we economize to the maximum and effectively use the motive power and materials necessary for the economic construction including electricity, coal, steel and cement, can we rise from the present difficulties, strengthen our driving force in every way and achieve the shining victory in the offensive for making a breakthrough head-on.
