Attending the campaign were officials of the kindergartens and the parents of children, officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and Japanese personages in Tokyo, Saitama, etc.

Participants in the campaign handed over the signed documents and letters of request to officials of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan, etc.

Then speeches were made.

Speakers condemned the Japanese authorities for persisting with the discrimination against Koreans in Japan aimed at disturbing their national education despite the repeated protests by Koreans in Japan and Japanese from all walks of life.

They urged the Japanese authorities to stop violating the children's human rights and discriminating against them and to apply the program to the Korean kindergartens.
