Message of Sympathy to Minister of International Cooperation of Myanmar

Pyongyang, July 8 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon sent a message of sympathy to U Kyaw Tin, union minister for International Cooperation of Myanmar, on Tuesday over huge human losses caused by landslide due to torrential rain that recently hit the northern areas of Myanmar.

Expressing deep sympathy and consolation to the families of victims, the message hoped that the government and the people of Myanmar would eradicate the aftermath as early as possible and stabilize the living of residents in the afflicted areas.
