The power station will contribute to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standard in the province.

During his visit to the Wonsan Army-People Power Station completed in December four years ago, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un praised the working manner displayed by the people of the province during the construction of the power station, and set forth an important task to the province to build more hydro-power stations.
