The editorial notes that it is the steadfast principle the WPK maintains in the anti-epidemic campaign not to allow any slightest discontinuity and uncertain thing in protecting the life of the people and to take strict measures to that end.

It goes on:

All Party and working people's organizations, power organs, public security and state security institutions, anti-epidemic and public health institutions, officials and the working people should display the unity of voluntary action in which all the people move as one under the monolithic guidance of the Party and the state by correctly implementing the directions and assignments of the Party Central Committee with high responsibility, loyalty and devotion.

We should make this occasion as the one, in which the might of our highly disciplined country strong with single-minded unity is fully displayed, by making all our thoughts and acts accordant with the intention of our Party Central Committee and devotedly implementing the decision made at the emergency enlarged meeting.

All institutions and citizens should remain alert and prepared in their work and life as required by the maximum emergency system.

Emergency anti-epidemic headquarters at all levels?should further intensify the anti-epidemic work to correspond with the state emergency anti-epidemic system that has been shifted to the maximum emergency system.
