Wreaths Laid at Statues and Cemeteries of Martyrs on V-Day

| Pyongyang, July 27 (KCNA) -- Wreaths were laid at the statues and cemeteries of martyrs, the memorial towers for fallen soldiers of the Korean People's Army and graves of martyrs across the country on Monday, the 67th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the great Fatherland Liberation War. Taking part in the wreath-laying ceremonies were officials of local Party and power organs, working people's organizations, industrial establishments and farms, working people and service personnel of the Korean People's Army. Placed there were bouquets and wreaths in the names of local Party and power organs, etc. The participants paid a silent tribute in memory of the martyrs. |
