The war veterans across the country received foodstuffs and basic necessities reflecting the warm loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Officials of ministries and national institutions and officials in all provinces, cities and counties and working people visited the families of war veterans and persons of wartime merits to present flowers, health foodstuffs and tonics to them.

They listened to the war veterans' stories of struggle, sang songs for them and congratulated them who are leading happy lives, full of energy despite their advanced ages, under the loving care of the motherly Party.

Officials and employees of Pyongyang Glasses Shop visited the lodging quarters of the participants in the 6th National Conference of War Veterans to provide them with thousands of pairs of glasses.

On this day, public catering facilities across the country served war veterans, persons of wartime merits and disabled soldiers with various national foods and dishes.
