By the voluntary and volitional efforts of all the people who accepted the decision made at the Party meeting as their vital work for defending their destiny and future and thoroughly carry it out without condition, the prevailing crisis in anti-epidemic work will be surely defused, it notes, and goes on:

All the officials, Party members and working people should ensure the unity of voluntary action in which they move as one under the unified guidance of the Party and the state and thus fully demonstrate the might of our state that achieved the single-hearted unity.

All the officials and working people should face up to the present emergency situation and ensure the unity of thinking and action and thoroughly implement the decision made at the emergency enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee.

And they should make positive efforts to stabilize the livelihood of the people to the maximum, true to the noble intention of the Party to give top priority to the interests and convenience of the people, regarding them as absolute, and remain prepared for tackling possible deviations.
