Attending it were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Pak Ku Ho, vice-chairman and director of the Organization Department of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Ko Tok U, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters of Chongryon, and other leading officials of the headquarters, branches and bodies.

Ko Tok U said in a report that all branches of Chongryon have positively waged a campaign for setting a patriotic example in the new heyday to attain their 10-point goal under the severe situation created by widespread COVID-19, enhancing the working efficiency of the organizations.

He stressed the need to make an epochal advance in the struggle for bringing earlier the new heyday this year marking the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 65th founding anniversary of Chongryon.

Then speeches were made.

Adopted at the meeting was a letter calling for a competition between the Standing Committee of the Chongryon Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters and the Standing Committee of the Chongryon Osaka Prefectural Headquarters.

Ho Jong Man in his address referred to the issues to be held fast to by the Tokyo Metropolitan Headquarters in playing a vanguard role and further intensifying its work.
