The feats of the officers and men of the Red Army who dedicated their lives to the sacred war for liberating Korea are always remembered, the message said.

The message expressed the belief that the DPRK-Russia relations which entered a new stage on the occasion of the DPRK-Russia summit meeting in April last year would further develop in the future, too, wishing the Russian foreign minister success in his responsible work.
