To greet the Eighth Congress with high political enthusiasm and brilliant victory totally depends on the role of the Party organizations, the editorial says, and goes on:

The Party organizations at all levels should turn the course of informing the Party members of the decision made at the Sixth Plenary Meeting of the Seventh Central Committee of the WPK into the course of tapping ideological power, mapping out operations and sharing responsibilities for inspiring the whole revolutionary ranks to the struggle for glorifying the Eighth Congress as the one of victors.

For the present, emphasis should be put on giving a deep understanding that grand celebration of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK is an important part of the work for greeting the Eighth Congress of the WPK as an event of great significance.

All the people should become performers of feats in the ongoing general onward march for greeting the Eighth Congress of the WPK as an auspicious event.

All the party members should become faithful servants making selfless, devoted efforts for the people, the very standard-bearers in upholding the Party's policies and political activists proficient in inspiring the masses, out of deep awareness that they are the members of the glorious WPK.

The service personnel should resolutely defend the Eighth Congress from all obstructive moves of the enemy and perform miracles and feats in the worksites of socialist construction.

The youth should fully display the wisdom and mettle of the young vanguard in the worksites seething with creation and innovation and devotedly defend our ideology and culture.

The editorial calls on everyone to turn out in the struggle for greeting the Eighth Congress of the WPK with high political enthusiasm and brilliant labor achievements.
