The congress will serve as a watershed of great significance in reviewing the overall work of the Party and greatly increasing its working efficiency.

The congress will provide guidelines for bringing about a revolutionary turn in the building of the Party and its activities and further enhance the Party organizations' militant function and role to ensure the implementation of a new line of struggle and strategic and tactical policies.

It will also serve as a significant occasion of fully demonstrating the tremendous might of socialist Korea vigorously advancing by dint of the unity of the Party and the people.

The Korean people are the great people who trust in only the Party and faithfully uphold its idea and cause in any adversity.

This pure loyalty got stronger and erupted like a volcano whenever the Party congress was convened.
