Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Receives Greetings from Cuban Leaders

| Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, received a message of greeting from Raul Castro Ruz, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, and Miguel Mario Diaz-Canel Bermudez, president of the Republic of Cuba, Saturday. The message sent the most heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un in the names of the Communist Party, government and people of Cuba on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and the Republic of Cuba. The Cuban leaders in their message said that availing themselves of the opportunity, they confirm once again that Cuba attaches top priority to the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries based on the special ties between preceding leaders Comrade Fidel Castro Ruz and Comrade Kim Il Sung. |
