Laid before the statue were floral baskets in the names of the General Association of Koreans in China, the family of Ri Min, a China-resident Korean related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, and Yuwen Middle School in Jilin.

The participants made a bow after laying the floral baskets before the statue.
