Attending the meeting were officials of institutions at all levels of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) including Jo Il Yon, vice-chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Chongryon, Ri Song Chol, director of its Economic Department, Jo Myong Jin, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, and Ri Hong Yun, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Students in Japan, and?Chairman Paek Kyu Yong and other members of the management board and members of Chongsanghoe.

Pae Chang Ryol, chairman of the Central Standing Management Board of Chongsanghoe, made a report on its work.

The reporter recalled that the 23rd-term Chongsanghoe has achieved many successes in carrying out its tasks though it faced difficulties in its work due to widespread novel coronavirus.

He stressed that all the officials of the Association should cherish their mission and duty as members of a leading organization in the movement of Koreans in Japan and concentrate all efforts on strengthening its basic organizations by carrying forward its brilliant tradition.
