The course of proud victories covered by the DPRK is a history of miracle and glory in which the President and the Chairman turned it into an invincible socialist nation dignified for independence and making a leap forward by dint of self-reliance, and an unprecedented heroic epic telling the truth that Marshal Kim Jong Un, the most outstanding leader of the 21st century, has put the national power of the DPRK onto the highest level in the history of the nation spanning half a century, the message pointed out.

Thanks to the great motherland, to the building of which the peerlessly great men of Mt Paektu devoted their whole lives, and which is outpacing the world under the wise guidance of the Supreme Leader, the Koreans in Japan were able to defend the dignity of the nation and demonstrate the honor of being an example in the movement of overseas compatriots in the world, following the road of patriotism only, though they are living in the alien land, the message said.

The message vowed to make significant progress without fail in the efforts for hastening a new heyday of the movement of Koreans in Japan by waging a vigorous all-out offensive for making a breakthrough head-on, keeping pace with the general onward march of the people in the homeland to greet the 75th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and its 8th Congress with proud labor achievements.
