The president in his message extended his best wishes to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 72nd founding anniversary of the DPRK.

He said that the relations between the Russian Federation and the DPRK have been of friendly and good-neighborly nature traditionally, and the constructive bilateral dialogue and beneficial cooperation in various fields are in conformity with the interests of the peoples of the two countries and contribute to promoting security and stability in the Korean Peninsula and throughout the Northeast Asian region.

He wished Kim Jong Un good health and success and all the citizens of the DPRK happiness and prosperity.
