Recently, Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un sent his open letter calling the Party members in the capital city of Pyongyang to the reconstruction campaign of North and South Hamgyong provinces damaged by downpour and strong wind due to Typhoon No. 9.

In hearty response to his call, the Party members in the capital city, even aged Party members and members of the working people's organizations, volunteered to turn out in the recovery campaign.

Elite divisions of Party members were organized and heavy machines, tools and materials needed for the reconstruction were fully prepared in one day after the publication of the open letter. And they left Pyongyang on Tuesday.

It is the proud tradition of Juche Korea that the leader deeply trusts and loves his people and the latter repose their absolute trust and remain faithful to the former.

With the might of this close unity between the leader and all the people, the DPRK could win victories in the Fatherland Liberation War and in the postwar reconstruction and socialist construction.

In the 1990s when the country underwent harsh trials, the Korean people laid a foundation for building a thriving nation, believing in and following their leader only.

Sharing the idea, intention and fate with the Supreme Leader, the DPRK people have wrought proud miracles and changes, overcoming grim challenges and all sorts of trials.

By dint of such harmonious whole formed between the leader and the people, the DPRK could achieve a great victory in the last reconstruction campaign in Rason and northern areas of North Hamgyong Province.
